"Lara grew up in Rock Hill, SC and is currently a PhD student at the University of Washington in Seattle, in the School of aquatic and fishery sciences. She is an artist and scientist, passionate about finding solutions to preserving the diverse life forms I found in the ocean’s estuaries."
